The commercial divisions of Ingersoll Rand, which include Schlage Commercial, Falcon, LCN, Von Duprin and Glynn Johnson will be increasing their pricing by an average of 3.5% on this coming March 5th, 2012.

Currently Schlage Residential product, which includes Schlage F, FA, FE, BE and B60 deadbolts will not be affected.

Price quotes that are in effect on or before March 2nd will be honored until their expiration.

We would encourage any of our impacted customers to consider accelerating their orders before the pricing increase to take advantage of the lower pricing.

Factorylocks will be rolling in new pricing starting on March 3rd. Schlage Direct customers will not be affected if we can process your orders and get them to Schlage on or before March 1st.

Factory Locks is happy to announce the availability of the Schlage Deco Rose Collections. With five roses, most Schlage levers and knobs can now be paired with roses that evoke architectural style and sentiment. Many of the roses take their design cues from Schlage popular handlesets, so you are able to suite your entire residence with these new distinctive and exciting rose options.

Schlage has announced the re-alignment of the Schlage FA Series knobs and levers. The FA Series (formally known as the Accents Collection) is begin phased out, but most of the knob and lever design will be available in the Schlage F Series with the change to the Georgian Rose. The FA Series was known for its hidden screw design utilizing the Andover rose. In the re-alignment, the Andover knob, Champagne, Callington and St Annes levers will now be available with the Georgian Rose. The traditional rose and the discontinued Danbury knob are available as a factory order through 2011 with a leadtime of 3 to 4 weeks.

We have mostly changed our stock over to the Georgian rose and we have updated our web pages to reflect the availability of both designs. The older rose stock is shown, if available. If you have special concerns and needs please feel free to call our sales agents at our 800 number (877-345-6257).

FactoryLocks has been informed by Schlage that there will be a price increase on most product lines. This increase will be effective January 31, 2011 and will impact our Schlage, LCN, Von Duprin, Glynn-Johnson, Ives and Falcon brands. You can expect a 3%-5% average increase, but some product lines will increase more or less than the average shown. FactoryLocks will honor all outstanding quotes through January 30th. We will be adjusting pricing on the 31st.

FactoryLocks can help you save even more on bulk orders that can be sourced directly from Schlage. This program is suited best for customers who have the luxury of three to four weeks till delivery.

Schlage Direct by-passes our normal warehouse delivery and places your order directly with Schlage, resulting in additional savings. Factory keying, including master keying and keyed-to-pass are available, along with bitting lists.

Recent customers who have used our Schlage Direct program have included customers renovating their rental units, a customer replacing all of the hardware in their office building, and several condominium associations. Orders are generally shipped motor freight and customers are responsible for timely unloading.
